How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. If you’ve decided to cancel your account, the process is easy and can be done directly in the app.

 

Here’s how:

Step 1: Log in and go to ‘Manage Account’

  • On a computer or laptop: Click the ‘Manage Account’ button on the left side of the screen.
  • On a phone or tablet: Tap the three lines in the bottom-right corner, then tap ‘Manage Account’ at the bottom of the menu.

Step 2: Scroll down and click ‘Cancel Subscription’

You’ll be asked to enter your email address. Make sure it’s the email you use to log in.

 

Step 3: Check your email

You’ll receive an email with a special button. Click the button, and a new window will open where you can confirm the cancellation.

Your account will stay active until the end of your current billing period.
For example: If you subscribed on 2nd February, your subscription renews on the 2nd of each month. If you cancel, your account will stay active until the day before your next payment is due.

Changed your mind?

You can renew your subscription any time before it ends – just follow the same steps but click ‘Renew’ instead of ‘Cancel’.
