Yes, you can request to change your Guide.
If you pay for your own account and you’d like to change who your Guide is, just contact us using the contact form. We’ll help you remove your current Guide and invite someone new.
If your account is managed through an organisation (like a day centre or supported living), changes to your guides need to be handled by them. Please get in touch with your organisation’s admin or a member of staff to request changes to your guide setup. They’ll be able to help you.
